Jjajiangmyeon instructions
- Dice the ingredients.
- Fry the pork fat at low heat until oil is released and remove.
- Add the Pork belly and fry till caramelized.
- Add onion and fry till caramelized.
- Add daikon and cook till slightly soft.
- Add carrot and zuchini and fry.
- Add potato and fry.
- Open a space and add chunjiang and fry for 2mins.
- Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 mins.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste.
- Add cornstarch slurry and thicken.
- Finish with mirin and sesame oil.
- Cook noodles and Serve sauce on noodles.
