  1. You need 2 lbs of ground pork (or beef - not too lean).
  2. Prepare 5 Ounces of cheddar cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
  3. You need 8 of Smoked Bacon strips.
  4. Prepare 2 of Table spoons garlic powder.
  5. You need 2 of Table spoons onion powder.
  6. You need 1 of Table spoon dried Oregano.

  1. Fry the bacon till most fat is rendered. Let it cool then chop coarsely (about 1/4 inch pieces).
