- Turn crock pot on low so that it will be preheated..
- In a preheated saute pan on Med heat sear the pork chops in the olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned..
- While the Pork Chops are searing, in a bowl mix all remaining ingredients except the green beans and the bay leaf and set aside until pork chops are done..
- Turn the crock pot onto high.
- Pour about a 1/4 of the sauce in the bottom of the crock pot, then the pork chops, the green beans, then pour the rest of the sauce on top of it all, and then put the bay leaf on top..
- Allow to cook on high for 3-4 hours..
- Remove Bay Leaf and serve however you'd like..
